Psalm 90:10, describes the entire length of a single "generation" AND details the disposition of this "final" generation, including the extended 10 yrs. of exponentially increasing "TRAVAIL", (LABOUR & SORROW), yet in His 'STRENGTH' we prevail. That said, we are already into the third year of this "extended" 10 yr. period that initiated in 2018 will conclude at the end of 2028, a total of 80 years.
Sometime during these travailing 10 years, yet BEFORE the (first trumpet) of His Wrath sounds, we will be removed out of harm's way.(Raptured, evacuated). So anytime, up to the first trumpet of "WRATH", we remain on earth for the explicit purpose of fulfilling the Great Commission, "preach the Gospel to all creation and THEN the end shall come".
"He is not slack concerning His promise, (to return) and is longsuffering, not wishing that any should perish", but there is a moment, day/hour, during the "church age of the Great Commission", when men will NO longer repent. Yes, some will repent under extreme duress during the 3.5 years of Great Tribulation AFTER the Church is in Heaven. Revelation 7:14.
That said, as Jesus Himself said, in the cases of Noah and Lot, (Luke 17:26-29 / Matthew 24:27), humanity will reach a "moment" when the world is so dominated by non-repent, evil men, that there is NO ONE else on earth, at the specific moment, (day/hour), who has a heart to repent, "evil all the time, continuously".
When that moment, (day/hour) is reached, ONLY Almighty God, Who knows the heart of each and every one, as He did in the days of Lot and Noah, REMOVE "His Own" out of harm's way and turn men over to the anti-Christ that they have chosen to rule themselves, immediately followed by the execution of His Wrath, (bowls and trumpets) upon the non-repented.

Following 49 consecutive SEVEN "shmita" years, the 50th year was observed as a biblical "Jubilee year".
During a Jubilee year, ALL people are freed from their debts, all slaves are set free, family and property is restored to its’ owner (Leviticus 25:1-13). The entire year is dedicated to rest. Isaiah's Messianic message of the "ACCEPTABLE, YEAR of YHWH’s FAVOR was a direct reference to a JUBILEE YEAR, the meaning of which was understood by the Jews who experienced and observed the year of Jubilee!
Israelites were not supposed to reap or harvest; it was a time for people to return to their families and loved ones. On the Day of Atonement. Blowing a ram’s horn would indicate the start of the year of Jubilee. Numbers 36:4.
The jubilee years were counted after the end of the Babylonian exile and the construction of the Second Temple.
THE JUBILEE WAS SUSPENDED AFTER THE DESTRUCTION OF THE SECOND TEMPLE, and was NOT observed again UNTIL IT WAS REINSTATED ON SEPTEMBER, 28, 1923.

The Rapture date is NOT FIXED. The "day and hour" of the Rapture is NOT "hidden" from man, but is rather "DETERMINED" by the Believers action or "lack thereof" concerning the "Great Commission".
THE RAPTURE IS DIRECTLY DETERMINED BY THE FULFILLMENT OF THE GREAT COMMISSION!
I know that few presently see the connection of the "last soul" and "the day and hour" rapture, however, I am certain this will change in the near future and will be comprehended with the help of the Holy Spirit and will be used to comfort confused Believers who are questioning why the rapture has not yet happened while they are facing extreme persecution for the Gospel sake.
The "SECRET" day and hour that only the Father knows is directly attributable to the "LAST CONVERSION" that will occur during the "Age of the Church". The Father has required that "this Gospel be preached to all and THEN THE END WILL COME".
The "LAST CONVERSION" that initiates the rapture, (catching away) of Believers is NOT a fixed day and hour, but rather a floating date" that is contingent upon the fulfillment of the Great Commission. THIS IS THE REASON THAT "NO MAN KNOWETH" the day or hour. It will be determined by the decision of the last man who will believe.
Consider that the Lord commissioned Believers to FIRST GO AND PREACH THIS GOSPEL OF THE KINGDOM and THEN ...
THEN the end shall come. So, it is the SALVATION of the last soul, the result of the FINAL ACT of the Church Age that IS paramount to determining the DAY and HOUR that no man knoweth. "HOW WILL THEY BELIEVE IF THEY DO NOT HEAR, HOW CAN THEY HEAR WITHOUT A PREACHER".
IF the last soul conversion is indeed the "trigger" mechanism of the rapture, then this should compel the Church to expedite His return by obedience to "finish" the work of the Great Commission. 2 Peter 3:12.
If your obedience HASTENS the coming of the Lord, then there is NO GREATER act of obedience than for a Believer to witness and testify of this Gospel of the Kingdom to the lost. The Lord reveals that Believers ``hasten the day of the Lord", THIS is the Church's business. This is the contingency of which the evacuation of the Church is dependent upon. Matthew 24:14 / Mark 13:10.
"JUBILEE", yovel in Hebrew — is a year observed once in 50 years, following seven cycles of seven-year shmita, or sabbatical, years. Like the shmita year, the jubilee is one in which no agricultural work is to be done and the land is to lie fallow. But jubilee also has some additional rituals.
According to Maimonides, there is a commandment to consecrate the jubilee year and to sound the shofar on the tenth day of the month of Tishrei.
These are both specified in Leviticus 25:9-10, which states: “Then shall you cause the shofar to sound on the tenth day of the seventh month, on Yom Kippur shall you sound the shofar throughout all your land.
And you shall hallow the fiftieth year, and proclaim liberty throughout all the land to all its inhabitants; it shall be a jubilee for you.” This verse is also inscribed on the Liberty Bell in Philadelphia.
Additionally, the Torah mandates that all slaves were set free and that all land should return to its original owners.
The Talmud in Rosh Hashanah explains that slaves technically were free from the first of the jubilee year, but did not return to their homes until ten days later when the shofar was sounded (Rosh Hashanah 8a or b, right?).
The requirement of returning land to its original owners meant that, in effect, land could not be sold or leased in perpetuity.
This had the practical effect of ensuring that land did not concentrate in a small number of hands, and spiritually served as a reminder that nothing on earth truly belongs to human beings. This is made explicit several verses later in Leviticus, when God states “the land is Mine; you are but strangers’ resident with Me. It is all on loan from God.”
Both the shmita year and the jubilee year are widely understood to have both practical agricultural and economic significance. Letting the land rest for a year — particularly in the era before synthetic fertilizers and mechanized agriculture — was crucial to ensuring it remained productive in perpetuity.

In ancient times, observing the jubilee year was truly an act of faith. Since the land could not be cultivated for the seventh shmita year that preceded the jubilee year, nor during the jubilee year itself, the produce grown in the 48th year had to suffice for an entire population for three years — the 48th itself, the 49th (shmita), 50th (jubilee).
God makes an explicit promise in the Bible that the produce grown in the year prior to shmita and yovel will suffice for all these years. (There is a debate in the Talmud about whether the jubilee year is the 50th year or the 49th, but the majority opinion holds that it’s the 50th.)
The word yovel is also a matter of some dispute. Its Hebrew root — yud, bet, lamed — is phonetically similar to the modern English word jubilee. Many authorities — Rashi chief among them — believe the word refers to the blowing of shofar, since it shares a root with the biblical word for ram, the horns of which are used for shofars.
But others — Maimonides perhaps most famously — believe the word means something like “to bring” or “to convey,” a reference to the return of land to its original owners. Still others believe the word means something akin to “mixture” — it is also similar to the Hebrew word for flood, mabul, in which all is mixed up and confused. In this reading, the yovel year is one in which private and public property become intermingled.
Today, shmita is observed in the land of Israel, which creates some challenges for a modern nation of 8 million people who still need to eat. An innovative legal workaround, known as the heter mechira (“sale permit”), allows the land to be worked by selling it to a non-Jew for the duration of the year.
But the jubilee year has not been observed for at least two millennia. This is because the verse in Leviticus, which specifically names “all its inhabitants,” was understood by the rabbis to mean that the jubilee year only applies when all those who are meant to live in Israel — that is, all 12 tribes of Israel — do in fact live there.
