Judgment is contingent upon the level of evil that exists among men, when humanity reaches a moment in history when "REPENTANCE" is no longer considered and no longer practiced.
THE BIBLE IS FULL of examples of the consequences of this condition of the human heart. As it was in the days of Lot and Noah, there was NO repentance and no intention to consider repentance. WICKEDNESS owned the souls of ALL who were DESTROYED.
As Yeshua said, humanity will repeat this level of wickedness where not one more soul on earth will repent during the closing of this present "church age".
The Words of Yeshua regarding His return will exactly parallel the days of Lot and Noah SO consider His precise and clear warning of the hour in which this generation lives.
"AS IT WAS IN THE DAYS of LOT and NOAH, SO IT SHALL BE IN THE DAYS OF THE SON of MAN" .Matthew 24:37.
We know "other" conditions existed in the days of Noah, nephilim etc, however the condition of "continually evil hearts and minds" would reference a condition when no more men would repent, of course this is the exact argument regarding Abraham and God's Q&A session.
The question that Abraham should have asked YHWH was, 'IS THERE ANYONE LEFT IN THESE CITIES WHO WILL REPENT AND TURN TOWARD YOU" ... this would have cut the conversation short since we know that NONE living in those cities had a heart to repent, thus they reached the critical state of heart of "CONTINUAL EVIL THOUGHTS AND HEARTS"!
The exact same human condition of the soul existed in the days of Noah.
Yes there will be "others" saved after the Rapture, however the Church will be "with Him" during this time of unparalleled tribulation upon earth.
"For then there will be a great tribulation, such as has not occurred since the beginning of the world until now, nor ever will. "Unless those days had been cut short, no life would have been saved; but for the sake of the elect those days will be cut short. "Then if anyone says to you, 'Behold, here is the Christ,' or 'There He is,' do not believe him." Matthew 24:21-23.
"Sooner rather than later". It is probable that the horror of what is about to occur world-wide will be "intolerable" for "flesh" to survive for a "sustained period" to the "bitter end", therefore it is likely that the "fourscore" will never be achieved when all is "said and done".
Then also consider seven years of "clean-up" after in the order of Ezekiel 39:9 which may or may not run concurrent with any other known seven year period of prophetic fulfillment.
The math will not waiver, the events will fit perfectly however, ALL prophetic timing is related to "one event", the last soul, (as the days of Lot and Noah). This is the only "sign" that is directly related to the Rapture event, the (last harvested soul that will occur during the church age).
Once bible prophecy teachers understand this "sign", the "emphasis of timing" regarding all bible prophecy will inspire the motivation to understand these matters in light of the Great Commission.

To UNDERSTAND the "TIMING" of RAPTURE, CONSIDER The "Divine Measure of TIME":
"THIS GENERATION" - NOW!!! There's a reference to "one hour" in the book of Revelation 17:12. There is a reference to about 1/2 hour.
Consider "one hour" in scripture, and a "half an hour" in another scripture of the same book, (Revelation), it seems reasonable to conclude that the two increments of time are identifiable. In this case I propose that one hour represents one year of anti-Christ rise to power supported by 10 global powers, (kings without kingdoms). And the "space of about one half hour" is a period of ABOUT SIX MONTHS.
CONSIDER, the biblical reference to "ONE HOUR" in the book of Revelation 17:12 is actually "ONE YEAR".
CONSIDER, biblical reference to about "ONE HALF HOUR" in Revelation 8: 1 is a period of about "SIX MONTHS".
NOTE: The Divine Measure of TIME:
One DAY represents Thousand Years.
One HOUR represents one year.
One Week represents Seven Years.

Even the "Day" of the Lord is defined by events that will take place over a One Year period! (1000-year millennia).
A millennium (plural millennia or millenniums) is a period of time equal to 1000 years, also called kiloyears. It derives from the Latin mille, thousand, and annus, year.
"After two days will he revive us: in the third day he will raise us up, and we shall live in his sight". Hosea 6:2. 4BC - 2006AD - "TWO THOUSAND YEARS" we have NOW arrived to the "THIRD DAY"!
It is often, but not always, related to a particular dating system. IT IS THE ONSET of the THIRD DAY, (3000YEARS) SINCE THE RESURRECTION OF CHIRST!
The phrase "a time, times, and half a time" which appears twice in Daniel (Daniel 7:25, Daniel 12:7) and once more in Revelation (Revelation 12:14) is actually in biblical prophetic interpretation a total of 1260 days or 3˝ years (Revelation 11:3; 12:6).
It is reasonable to conclude that the actual measurement of Divine increments of time concerning men on earth are intentionally DIFFERENT for purposes of interpreting Bible prophecy. Hours in prophetic terms are "defined" as "MONTHS" in the context of the scripture itself, a measurement of time that is differentiated from the 24-hour time cycle on earth.
In Biblical relative terms, "about a half of an hour" is approximately SIX MONTHS. -
In Revelation chapter 6-8, there is a "pause" of about six months, described, a "space of about one half hour", (ABOUT SIX MONTHS), when a series of earth shaking events leaves mankind in a state of self "reflection" and "reckoning" (soul searching), that will expedite a final harvest of souls and will be immediately followed by the immediate wrath & judgment of mankind. as Revelation 8 describes a period of silence for a space of about a half an hour (in heaven)".

The "non-repentant" will remain on earth to suffer His Wrath! Anyone who remains and suffers under the anti-Christ and the time of "GREAT TRIBULATION" will enter under the MOST horrific time in human history.
Bible teachers have traditionally taught that the "Great Tribulation" that Jesus speaks of in Matthew is a period of SEVEN years however, UNDERSTAND that this specific period of "GREAT" tribulation is a period consisting of 3.5 years. This is scriptural.
The “HOUR of TESTING” may be the FIRST "YEAR" of the final 3.5 years that Yeshua defined as the "GREAT TRIBULATION". Matthew 24:21.
Revelation 3:10 promises that the Congregations, (Church), is “taken out of the way”, "kept from" the "hour", (year) of trial, (TESTING), this "hour" is likely the FIRST HOUR, (year) of this FINAL 3.5years when the execution of the "wrath" of Jehovah will manifest on earth.
This IS 3.5 year period of anti-Christ IS the time of the (great tribulation). It is likely that this verse of scripture reveals that the Lord will "KEEP US", "DELIVER" us at the onset of the first hour of this 3.5-year time of Great Tribulation.
The Final Heptad scenario is likely, perhaps probable as the Word specifically allows for the "count", providing the additional, "if by reason of strength, fourscore" which would bring this generation to the year 2028. I do believe that this allowable variance in the final allotted 10 years as specified by Psalm 90:10 will be "contingent" on mankind "responds" to fulfilling the Great Commission during the upcoming events of Six Seal "shaking" that is soon coming.
During this time of shaking, as long as men continue to REPENT, the extended years, "by strength" will be justified in His sight and His continued "longsuffering" with mankind will persist. Once the finale soul repents, all that remains on earth will be left behind to face the Wrath of YHWH.
Yes, there is a final SEVEN-year period, "Daniel's missing week". I never claim to be pre mid or post "tribber", however I'm am indeed a pre-wrath rapture person.
SEVEN years is irrelevant with regards to the Rapture. The Great tribulation is a period of 3.5 years during which time ALL THINGS prophetic concerning the wrath of God upon the earth will be executed. DO NO stumble over the number seven.
7 IS relevant in the things of God and His creation.

1) Immediately AFTER the tribulation of those days shall the sun be darkened, and the moon shall not give her light, and the stars shall fall from heaven, and the powers of the heavens shall be shaken: And THEN shall appear the sign of the Son of man in heaven: and then shall ALL THE TRIBES of the earth mourn, and they shall see the Son of man coming in the clouds of heaven with power and great glory.
Note: UNLIKE THE "RAPTURE", THIS EVENT IS WITNESSED BY EVERY HUMAN BEING ON THE PLANET.
UNLIKE THE "RAPTURE" WHERE THE "COLLECTION OF THE "SAVED" IS HARVEST FROM THE FOUR CORNERS OF THE "EARTH", THIS EVENT IS A COLLECTION OF THOSE WHO ARE ALREADY WITH THE LORD IN "HEAVEN" AND WHO RETURN PHYSICALLY WITH HIM TO EARTH.
In others words, this specific description in Matthew 24 is NOT describing the Rapture, but rather the SECOND COMING of Christ, a critical matter since the Church will be Raptured prior to the Bowls of Wrath which will be finished before the Second Coming.

I do believe that there will be the greatest harvest of souls during this time of shaking; however, knowing carnal human nature, I am persuaded that the duration of "THIS generation" is likely to terminate sooner rather than the latter.
Men's understanding is limited to "finite" elements of life. Even now we see that men have not understood that the condition of the world's economic pending implosion is NOT an economic issue but rather a spiritual issue which has brought mankind to this moment of judgment.
This judgment will be the catalyst that causes men to consider their own individual mortality, many will repent, most will not. This same process will take place in all nations. Time is short, these final hours will be highlighted by participating in the final gleaning global harvest, and then the end comes.
"This Gospel will be preached to Everyman, and then the end will come". Souls are the focus of Him and must be our focus, thus "hastening" the coming of the Day of the Lord.
My position since 1989 is that the next seal to open is the SIXTH thus will continue to fulfill the remainder of the "fifth seal" including the "war against the saints" which has escalated under the "man of lawlessness" and will climax at the opening of the sixth seal.
I believe and have shared that the events of the sixth seal, which are about to occur, will provide a six month window to participate in the global gleaning harvest of souls, as the events of the sixth seal will literally "ROCK THE WORLD"!!!.
Men will have two (2) responses to this global shaking. Repent or Curse God.
This last harvest of the "Church age" will end on the very day that the very last man, who will .... repents and turns to the Lord and only God Himself knows that moment, (day and hour), since He alone knows that heart of all men.
So we must prepare NOW for the events of the sixth seal:
" I watched as he opened the sixth seal. There was a great earthquake. The sun turned black like a sackcloth made of goat hair, the whole moon turned blood red, and the stars in the sky fell to earth, as figs drop from a fig tree when shaken by a strong wind. UNDERSTAND THIS ... WHEN GOG REACHES THE MOUNTAINS of ISRAEL, THERE, THEY WILL FALL by THE ACT, (HAND) of GOD Who will reveal Himself to Israel and the nations.
The SIXTH SEAL (6th) of Revelation WILL BE RESPONSIBLE for the destruction of Russia and her allies, whose bodies will SOON lie upon the mountains of Israel.
‘Multiple’ GLOBAL prophetic events will ‘simultaneously’ occur around the planet when the SIXTH SEAL is opened. These cataclysmic events will cause ‘ALL’ MEN of planet earth to recognize that the ‘Day of the wrath of the Lamb of God HAS ARRIVED?, Revelation Chapter 6:12-17. The DEMISE of GOG, Ezekiel 38 :39, will be ONE of the CASUALITIES and another testimony to the world at large by which God will bring MANY to knowledge of Himself.
This ‘Divine’ intervention will have the effect of preserving Israel and turning many hearts to the Lord: ‘And so I will show my greatness and my holiness, and I will make myself known in the sight of many nations. Then they will know that I am the Lord’ (Ezekiel 38:23).
Many will be saved during the time of the opened SIXTH SEAL that precedes the tribulation judgments of God?s wrath which initiate at the opening of the SEVENTH SEAL, (Revelation 7), while inhabitants of the ENTIRE earth are "shaken to core" by the catastrophic conditions caused by the sixth seal, Russia and her allies will suffer defeat by the same cataclysmic devastation that will STRIKE in the exact location of these adversities.
Even so, concerning the "Rapture", contingent upon the "last man who will", repent and turn to Him, (the day and hour that no man knoweth, only the Father).
