Biden’s Health and Human Service Department secretly submitted proposed amendments, “Strengthen WHO preparedness for and response to health emergencies,” to the WHO to reform International Health Regulations of 2005, an existing health treaty.
The amendments delegate the international body of unelected bureaucrats more authority to define what constitutes a pandemic, when a pandemic is in progress, how long a pandemic lasts and how “to prevent, detect and respond to future public health emergencies of international concern,” ultimately delegating the WHO total authority over emergency operations in the U.S. during a “public health emergency.”
This change requires a mandatory, universal digital passport and ID system.
The WHO’s Intergovernmental Negotiating Body (INB) has scheduled a meeting for Feb. 27 so members can work out the final terms and sign.

If either one or both of these go through, Tedros or his successor will be able to issue orders that will go all the way down the pipe to your primary care physicians.”
A key question surrounding the accord is whether the Biden administration can bind America to treaties and agreements without the consent of the U.S. Senate, which is required under the Constitution. The zero draft concedes that, per international law, treaties between countries must be ratified by national legislatures, thus respecting the right of their citizens to consent. However, the draft also includes a clause that the accord will go into effect on a “provisional” basis, as soon as it is signed by delegates to the WHO, and therefore it will be legally binding on members without being ratified by legislatures.
There are several U.S. Supreme Court decisions that may support the Biden administration in this. They include State of Missouri v. Based upon available biblical information, a sound conclusion can be reached regarding the sin of David counting the people of Israel. David "numbered the people" with NO REGARD of the unique individuality of the soul and of each person. David numbered people in pride, (strength of his flesh).
David wanted to determine the strength of his army in numbers. In other words, rather than relying this time upon the strength of God in battle, David eyes were on the "numbers".

When David numbered the people one day and God said David sinned and here is why.
DAVID NUMBERED THE PEOPLE: David's sin in numbering the people of Israel - It was Satan who provoked David to number Israel. 2 Samuel 24:1-25. Based upon available biblical information, a sound conclusion can be reached regarding the sin of David counting the people of Israel.
David "numbered the people" with NO REGARD of the unique individuality of the soul and of each person. David numbered people in pride, (strength of his flesh). David wanted to determine the strength of his army in numbers. In other words, rather than relying this time upon the strength of God in battle, David eyes were on the "numbers".
David's motive was confirmed by God who declared that the number of the men that he counted were of "those that drew the sword" (2nd Samuel 24:9-10). The offense against God in this case was that David was looking at the power and strength of the size of his army, (number of solders), rather than boasting in the strength of the Lord.
WHAT IS THE PROBLEM WITH "OBAMACARE"? IT REQUIRES THE NUMBERING of HUMAN BEINGS!
Obamacare required the number people like cattle in order to control every aspect of each man's life via an assigned number that will be physically introduced into the human body and link each person to a database containing private collected Intel provided by the NSA. The anti-Christ WILL use the digital numbering of humanity to control each soul.
Each individual's database will be electronically linked to the individual's medical information, personal banking account information and controlled by the government allowing for each individual to engage in commerce if they comply with new government mandated, politically correct directives, regardless if these directives conflict with individual's morals, religious and or political views.
This hideous numbering system completely rejects the existence of God and replaces the idea of a God with the implication of a "system" that becomes your provider. This "system" approves or disapproves all commerce transactions based on human compliance to mandates and directives.
Food, water, energy, employment, commerce will be accessed via this assigned number. This evil numbering process will control the behavior of each individual. The intro phase of obamacare will allow for an "opt out" with imposed fines for non-participation.
The second phase implementation will remove all options to not participate under penality of death. The bible declares that anyone who allows himself to participate in this 'count', (to be numbered), will be eternally lost and sentenced to eternal death. (Revelation 14:9-10)
He was given power to give breath to the image of the first beast, so that it could speak and cause all who refused to worship the image to be killed.
He also forced everyone, small and great, rich and poor, free and slave, to receive a mark on his right hand or on his forehead, so that no one could buy or sell unless he had the mark, which is the name of the beast or the number of his name.
